Film location release contract

I have made a film location release contract for all of the locations that I will be using for my music video. This is used to gain consent that will allow me to use the location to take footage.

Risk Assessment

I have created a sheet full of possible risks that could take place on the day of the shoot. I have pointed out the problems that could possibly occur, what I can do if it does happen and who will be held responsible. This will be useful because I will be able to identify the problems that could happen and therefore I can make sure to avoid it in advance of the day of shooting so that there will be no problem and less risks.
